The Story Behind the Day
In the warmth of July, Camilla and PJ travelled from Ireland to Tuscany for a romantic Catholic wedding inspired by the golden beauty of sunflowers. Their celebrations began at Pieve di Romena in Poppi, where the ancient stone church provided a timeless setting for their vows. As an opera singer performed Ave Maria, his voice filled the historic church with a moving sense of romance.
Back at their countryside resort, guests enjoyed cocktails by the pool before gathering beneath an elegant marquee overlooking the Tuscan hills. The opera singer returned for the reception, filling the summer evening with music that soon brought everyone to the dance floor.
